Christina Artemis

With a lifetime's experience as an actress, and being one of the first people in the UK to train as a breathworker (rebirther), Christina brings a unique combination of experience, skills and intuition to The Human Energy Centre. .

Her training and facilitating skills have been honed over many years in running a wide variety of developmental projects ranging from the direction of numerous community theatre events through running in-depth Self-Mastery programs to the very profound training involved in graduating new breathworkers.

Among other things, she combines her many skills to offer Transformational Drama, a very powerful way of using dramatic and therapeutic techniques to help individuals and groups transform themselves and their relationships.
