"Linking to the world and finding deep fulfilment" - The best organisations have a very clear idea of what they are doing for society and how they relate to the world around them. They can be recognised as good because their people are energised and enthusiastic, optimistic and responsive. They do not draw an artificial boundary around them but connect to community, society and the environment, recognising that no effective energy flow can happen within a closed vessel. People naturally respond to this openness and feel inspired and personally fulfilled by their work with all the positive energy benefits that this implies.

Among the activities in which The Human Energy Centre typically finds itself involved within this focus area are:

• Creating partnership with community and society (seeing the organisation as just one part of a much bigger system whose health is essential to organisational success)
• Finding true personal and team fulfilment (it is not always easy or possible to align personal higher purpose with the goals of the team and the organisation but the exploration is key to releasing the full energy potential of the individual)
• Befriending the environment (sustainability of the individual, the organisation and the environment are all intertwined and interdependent)
