We work together with organisations and individuals in public, private and voluntary sectors in a variety of ways including:

One of our team will be, in effect, your Account Manager and will be your principal contact throughout the time we are working with you. Generally, the Account Manager is someone whose skills are particularly relevant to your situation and who is likely to play a significant role in leading agreed interventions for your organisation.

Drawing in relevant skills from within The Human Energy Centre, The Account Manager will consider and recommend the most appropriate combination of interventions from our team of consultants and facilitators.

Depending on client need, work may be carried out one-to-one, with small groups, with work teams, or even reviewing systems - e.g. HR - to work towards optimum organisational energy and effectiveness.

Typically, we work with you on your own premises for diagnostic work and preliminary discussion. To undertake more in depth leadership and team coaching and workshop facilitation, we can work at venues you already know and feel comfortable with or we can recommend appropriate venues should the need arise.
