Diagnostic product - Going beyond 'symptom suppression'
Energy Engagement Review. We regard our Energy Engagement Review as our core product in that it is designed to get beyond the symptoms of limited effectiveness to identify the real underlying energy blocks within the organisation - the true source of the challenge. It defines and informs the most effective developmental interventions.
Developmental products - addressing fundamental issues
Authentic Communication - Rarely are people really authentic with each other. Their intended communications are distorted by their thoughts, fears and expectations. In Authentic Communications workshops, participants learn through experience how to connect to others at a deep level.
Authentic Partnership - True partnership, whether between two people or within a team, is about common purpose, mutual respect, meeting intent and authentic communication. In these workshops, participants learn to build effective work relationships to create Real Quality.
Executive Coaching for Self-Awareness - The most important single factor in personal growth and effectiveness in the workplace (and, for that matter, in personal life!) is increasing self-awareness. This is difficult for people at the top of organisations to achieve without external support. Our experienced executive coaches work with clients on individually tailored personal programmes.
Masters of Leadership Programme - A one year support programme for a group of senior executives from different organisations aimed at increasing self-awareness. The programme, partly shared and partly individualised, includes individual coaching, workshops, a three day ‘retreat’ and ongoing telephone support.
Selecting and retaining the right people - Approaches to selecting people by their innate talent and maintaining their energy and enthusiasm in the job. This covers behavioural selection techniques, motivation, support and a range of effective people management considerations and can be delivered in a number of formats.
Business Team Building - enabling the effective use of energy and synergy within working teams, supporting it where appropriate with Inner Team Building - each of us is a mix of sub-personalities - e.g. the explorer, the rogue, the warrior, etc. Which takes the lead in different situations? Is it the most appropriate or effective one for that situation? Inner team building strengthens an individual’s ability to allow the most appropriate sub-personality for the situation to emerge.
Unblocking Personal Talent Programme - a 6 month programme for people with potential that has not been fully realised. This programme is for people at any level, directors, managers, team leaders, individual contributors. In partnership with their organisation, individuals create a learning contract through enhanced self-awareness workshops and are supported throughout their personal learning journey by their line manager/mentor. Ideally, these supporters will have done a similar programme themselves.
Work/Life Balance - for individuals. Are you living your life energetically in the way that you would like to? These workshops are for groups of individuals to help them understand their responsibility for their own work/life balance and to offer them strategies and tools to enable them to find it.
Work/Life Balance - for organisations. How good is your productivity? Are you making it easy for your people to work energetically for your organisation? These workshops, designed for groups of managers, HR professionals, and others in positions of responsibility, explore strategies and tools whereby participants can support and encourage the people in their organisations to find their own work/life balance and hence become fully productive.
