Real Quality
- continuous improvement in team performance
Real quality is about meeting intent, not about fulfilling contract
"What we create" - Most organisations claim to want to create excellence. However, external pressures tend to focus effort strongly on quantitative targets such as profit, ROI, shareholder value, government targets, or whatever and appear to put little value on qualitative measures. In a real quality environment, what counts is meeting intent, a true partnership between client and supplier in which people work together to create excellence. Feedback is welcome; quality is at least as important as quantity; and people take personal responsibility for providing excellence. In a 'real quality' organisation, this ethos pervades every relationship, internal and external.
Among the activities in which The Human Energy Centre typically finds itself involved within this focus area are:
- Developing responsibility and ownership (the antithesis of the blame culture that pervades our society!)
- Meeting intent (this implies an open relationship and ongoing communication between client and supplier that is so often lacking)
- Continuous improvement (an attitude of mind that is core to real quality)
