"What we want" - The development over time of an organisation can be likened to a journey. Key to the success of this journey is a level of clarity on the organisation's strategic direction, its long term aims or vision, and the strategies and ethos by which it intends to move forward. It is these that fuel the inspiration of its people and which enable them to make the right decisions for the organisation at every turn.
Among the activities in which The Human Energy Centre typically finds itself involved within this focus area are:
- Establishing corporate vision and values (in our experience, many organisations have a vision statement but few have a vision!)
- Strategic thinking (how many senior managers are aware that strategic thinking is something they should be doing but don't really have time to do!)
- Scenario planning (you can be sure that reality won't match your plan but it is possible to prepare for a range of eventualities)
